Intense ruby colour with purple-garnet nuances, elegant, complex and persistent bouquet, characterized by hints of currants and spicy and balsamic aftertaste, smooth rich and well-structured flavour with spicy and balsamic taste-olfactory sensation.

Blend of grapes: Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Sangiovese

Alcohol content: 14.5%

Grape harvest season:  Late August for Merlot, second ten days of September for Cabernet Sauvignon and Sangiovese.

Harvesting: manual in boxes.

Winemaking technique: Stripping-soft pressing, fermentation at controlled temperature in small thermoconditioned steel tanks for 15-20 days. Spontaneous Malolactic fermentation after alcoholic fermentation.

Ageing in oak barrels: 12 months

Stabilization of product: natural

Ageing in bottles: 6 months
