Bright ruby color with garnet-purple reflections, intense and persistent bouquet, rich flavor with hints of red fruit and blackberry blended well with spicy notes and a slight of aftertaste of leather, round balanced, tangy taste with good structure.  Ideal with fish soups , fried foods, first course meat dishes, roasts and cheeses.

Harvesting: manual in boxes.

Winemaking technique: Stripping-soft pressing, fermentation at controlled temperature in small thermoconditioned steel tanks for 15-20 days. Spontaneous Malolactic fermentation after alcoholic fermentation.

Ageing in oak barrels: 12 months

Stabilization of product: natural

Ageing in bottles: 6 to 8 months
