Light pale pink, with a cyclamen scent, a persistent bouquet, gentle to the palette with a lasting taste of musk and fruits of the forest. We also produce a non-sparkling version of the Pinkus.

Stabilization of product: natural

Grape harvest season: Second ten days of September.

Harvesting: manual in boxes.

Winemaking technique: stripping-soft pressing, fermentation at controlled temperature in small thermoconditioned steel tanks for 15-20 days. Spontaneous Malolactic fermentation after alcoholic fermentation.
