Staying at Capo d’Uomo
Capo d’Uomo provides various options for holiday rentals, from cottages to small houses to villa-size. This latter has its own incredible infinity pool over-looking the sea, while all of them have sea access either directly or via the Beach Club down the road. Depending on the time of year, rooms can be rented individually, while cottages and the villa can also be rented in their entirety; we can be quite flexible to meet your needs.
All houses and cottages have a private access, private parking and are secluded from each other.

The Ottagono
The Ottagono is a modern villa with 6 double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, a large sitting room and modern kitchen. Nearby is the heated, saline water infinity pool overlooking the sea, below which is the access to the sea. In addition there is a table-tennis table, TV and private access to the sea. There is AC and wifi in each room.
Prices vary according to the season, and range from:
High season / Alta stagione (June, July August and September): Euro 16,000 per week.
Mid season / Media stagione (May, including Easter week, Christmas week and NewYear’s): Euro 13,000 per week
Low season / Bassa stagione (October, November, December, January, February, March and April): Euro 10,000 per week
There is the possibility to rent individually the single bedrooms of the Ottagono if no week is booked in. Each bedroom has its own individual access and bathroom en suite.
Costs for the individual bedrooms:
In high season ( June, July, August and September) we rent a minimum of one week.
Mid season/Media stagione: Euro 500 per night, breakfast included for a minimum of two nights.
Low season / Bassa stagione: Euro 500 per night, breakfast included for a minimum of two nights.
Swimming pool available.
The Olive Grove
The Olive Grove house is a newly renovated 2 double bedroom, two bathroom house overlooking the sea and surrounded by olive trees and vineyards. There is outdoor dining/seating, AC and direct access to the sea.
650 Euro per night, only in mid and low season for a minimum of two nights. In high season we rent a minimum of one week.
High season / Alta stagione: Euro 5,000 per week
Mid season / Media stagione: Euro 4,000 per week
Low season / Bassa stagione: Euro 3,000 per week
Lentisk
Lentisk is a very newly renovated 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom, cottage overlooking the sea with terrace. There is outdoor dining/seating terrace, AC and direct access to the sea.
500 Euro per night in mid and low season for a minimum of two nights. High season rent a minimum of one week.
High season / Alta stagione: Euro 4,500 per week
Mid season / Media stagione: Euro 3,500 per week
Low season / Bassa stagione: Euro 3,000 per week
Myrtle
Myrtle is a recently refurbished 1 double bedroom, 1 single bedroom and 1 bathroom cottage surrounded by vineyards with outdoor dining/seating terrace. There is AC and sea views.
250 Euro per night only in mid and low season for a minimum of two nights. High season we rent a minimum of one week.
High season / Alta stagione: Euro 2,500 per week
Mid season / Media stagione: Euro 2,000 per week
Low season / Bassa stagione: Euro 1,500 per week
Policies
Minimum Stay: Flexible according to season and property
Check-in: 17:00 – 20:00 hours
Check-out: Until 09.00 hours
Payment and Cancellation:
On bookings of up to 2 nights, a 50% deposit is taken, which is refundable 7 days before arrival, and full non-refundable payment is expected a week before your stay.
For last minute bookings made on the day or on site, cash is accepted.

Ottagono : Euro 500
Olive grove: Euro 200
Lentisk : Euro 200
Myrtle: Euro 100
Children and extra beds:
One child under 3 years stays free of charge in a child’s cot/crib. Older children (up to 12) are charged EUR 30 per person per night in an extra bed, though not all rooms are eligible for this. The maximum number of extra beds/children’s cots permitted in a room is 1. Any type of extra bed or child’s cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.
Pets:
Pets are allowed at a charge of 30 Euro per day for a dog.
